Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders across the UK. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being confirmed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location and the courier used. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We may ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Large or Fragile Items

Some items such as cue cases and longer cues may require specialist courier services. These will be clearly noted on the product listing and any additional shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
